Issue: |
When viewing the videos, I have audio but no video. Solution: Update the Windows Media Player to Version 10.0. This usually happens when a machine has Windows Media Player 6.4 and the video codec is not installed. Or... if a later version of Windows Media Player is installed it may be network bandwidth is low. As more bandwidth becomes available, so will the video. |
Issue: |
Nothing happens when I click on the video link. Solution: The website may not be on your list of trusted websites or you may have pop-up blocking software installed on your computer. Temporarily disable your pop-up blocking software or call your IT department to have the website http://seminarsexpress.mediasite.com/ added to your list of trusted websites. |

Video stream becomes choppy or stalls. Solution: Network bandwidth is low. As more bandwidth becomes available, the video will stream better. |

Graphics do not display. Solution: Network bandwidth is low. Press CTRL+R to refresh the stream. If this does not work, close the viewer and re-launch the presentation. |
